Within Chambers we have a highly skilled Prison Law team who offer expert advice and representation in the following areas:

  • refusal of oral hearing by the Parole Board
  • delay in Parole Board hearings
  • unlawful or irrational categorisation
  • availability and suitability of courses designed to enable calculation of risk factors
