Excellence Through Continuity of Representation
During her second six, Gabi represented local authorities, parents, and children in all aspects of care proceedings. This ranged from contested ICO hearings to multi day final hearings, before magistrates, district, and circuit judges.
Gabi has also represented both applicant and respondent parents in private law proceedings from injunctive applications, FHDRA’s and DRA’s to finding of fact hearings taking place over multiple days.
Throughout her second six, Gabi worked with clients with extreme vulnerabilities and complex mental health difficulties. Gabi has received excellent feedback from lay and professional clients including ‘she dealt with her client well, put her case eloquently, and was entirely reasonable and realistic in discussions’.
