His Family practice primarily focuses on financial applications in divorce proceedings and often involves international disputes.

Alex’s divorce practice includes Property, Pensions, Company Law and related disputes.

He regularly attends at local FRC-compliant courts – Manchester CJC & Stockport Family Courts.

Alex can also act in Mediation, Arbitration, Private FDRs and ENEs.

His practice also covers all areas of Chancery disputes [often involving families] including commercial contracts, company and partnership law, property disputes, probate & wills, trusts of land applications [‘TOLATA’], and insolvency & bankruptcy.

Alex has acted in Direct / Public Access cases for nearly 20 years, covering all areas of his practice.

In addition, he has been the lead tutor for the LPC Family Unit course at Manchester Law School [MMU] for a couple of years.

Having practised law in Dubai, Alex has many legal contacts around the globe who can assist with inter-jurisdictional matters involving foreign nationals, multi-national bodies and cross-border enforcement.
